The staff and managers at the De Vargas branch are a model of service and courtesy. This being said, the services rendered by the main office have recently degraded. Long waits on phone calls, staff not knowledgeable or plain rude (one hung-up on me today), the website states that replies to emails may take two days, charges of 50 cents per check when ordering checkbooks, awkward website, etc. It seems that there is a problem at management level. Again, staff at the branch is great.
