  At first they were Friendly Reps, and the Branch manager was willing to help me open my new account.... Fast forward to last week I applied for refinancing with the bank who receives all income. Yet they stated they need proof. Umm.. what else you need. Then get approved and the darn payment is 115.00 higher than what I was currently paying. Wasn’t even worth running my credit. Me and my little 682 credit score went to SECU and I’m currently paying 2% rather than the large amount, that they tried to make me pay. I guess I’ll be moving my money there. My thoughts Just shut them down already since they seem to not care about customer service and this new update sucks!

  Customer service is unprofessional. Watch your money when banking with Del One. Twice I’ve had money deducted from my account due to the banks own errors. The last one happened a few weeks ago when the bank charged me for a withdrawal that I never got. For some reason they denied the withdrawal when there was more than enough money in my checking account to cover it. I called customer service to complain about it and the rep(KaylaI believe her name was) told me I was lying about not getting money from the atm. After a whole bunch of aggravation I was finally able to get my money put back in my account. I’m still out $3.00 for an atm tax fee. Thank God I had the card control app to prove the transaction was declined. Otherwise I would’ve been out of $103.95 more. I never got one apology for their mistake. Just acted like I tried to con them when they actually conned me. Can’t wait to find a more professional and responsible credit union and get away from this rediculousness Update 5/25/21 No one ever called me from Del One to discuss the issue. I’ve asked Del One on two separate occasions to update my mobile number from my old number to my new one and they never update it. I’m paying for cash app fees because Del One is still showing my old number within app….. SMH
