  i have been calling for weeks and i have yet to speak to anyone 0/10 would not recommend they said 4 minute wait time i’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes then when i do the call back option i answer then they immediately hang up i’m getting rather tired of the terrible service so many problems i have yet to get a solution.

  When I first moved to Delaware I decided to go with this bank. Everything was good until last year. When they updated their system they locked my grandmother out of her account for over two months. She did not have access to online banking and had to move her money to another bank. Well I still had no issues UNTIL today. I am trying to transfer money to my husband and since they took Zelle away I was going to cash app him the money. Well they put a daily limit on my own money on how much I could transfer. Ok no problem I’ll just take the money out of the atm since the bank is actually closed. Called to increase my atm limit 3 times and they still got it wrong. So now I have to wait a whole day to be able to go to a branch. A waist of my time and energy to transfer my own money. This bank is horrible. Looking for a new one A.S.A.P.

Also as a side note, you can still use Zelle; it would just not be through the Del-One app. We have a similar person to person transfer option within the app but if you prefer Zelle you would just download the Zelle app and transfer your funds that way.
