      I have only been a member for a year. But so far, this bank has been a pleasure to work with. Helped me out on several occasions and with ease. Brea was a Godsend with a situation on a policy I was unaware of and she took care of it swiftly and friendly.

      I have been with the bank for over 10 years. After experiencing several issues with my accounts, online banking and poor, disgusting customer service. I decided for file a complaint with the NCUA. It's been over a month of no one communicating with me about my issues. The customer service has made a drastic turn for the worse.

      I have had an account over 10 years and have finally closed my account to move to a new better bank. Very rude customer service at Del-One, I also have been unable to check my balance online or over the phone for 6 years now! I have to go to the ATM for even my balance. After using the ATM a certain amount of times a month they charge you for that! I am very happy to have closed my account and move somewhere new!
