  With this being my first home purchase I was nervous and hesitant to pull the trigger. Until about a month ago when I met Michael. I had gone to 4 other home builders before this and sometimes left more confused then before I had gone in to the display home. Michael did an amazing job really explaining everything to me and ensuring I understood what I was doing. He did not try to pressure me our make me feel uncomfortable at any time. And best of all once we decided to go this route he ensure I was up to date with everything and would sometimes even stay late to work around my schedule. I love the home so far and Michael and the builder Joe are amazing people to work with. If you are a first time home buyer (or not) and are not sure what to say or ask or how the whole process works I would definitely recommend making a stop here.

  I lived in Atlanta for 30 something years and I'm well aware of the Ashton Woods name and what the quality standards are. When we decided to move to Houston we met with our realtor and toured some homes. The second day she and I came here and we met Michael. In our three days of looking at new construction homes around Houston I kept returning in my mind to the house we have since bought a beautiful ranch in Dellrose. Michael was so easy to talk to without a hard sales pitch like a car sales person. That and again the Ashton Woods name and reputation. We've had a small issue here or there but for the most part two weeks in everything is awesome. Inside I feel like I'm in a beautiful quiet setting I open the door to see the construction vehicles and think another sign of the quality of my home. Now if the dishwasher would be taken care of I also understand that that's life z and for the most part Joe Ramirez has been extremely polite and helpful. All in all we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our house! Thanks to our agent Julie Harrison, and Michael for making this such a pleasant experience and a beautiful home!
