I had a WONDERFUL experience in finalizing my car loan with Tiffany Cruz at this branch! She made the process so painless and explained everything we needed to know without us knowing what to ask. The customer service at this branch is great. This is my new favorite branch!!! I used to go to the one in Decatur just because of how much traffic would always be on HWY 124… so during the pandemic I started coming to this location more which is closer to my home. I will continue to transact business at this branch… and I want to say thanks to everyone for their kindness, professionalism and hospitality!!!!

DCCU use to be the peoples bank. No fees, great customer service and great additional services. They have steadily declined in there customer service over the years and the Snellville, Ga location takes the cake for bad service. The tellers aren’t bad but the mgmt is horrible. The manager just locked me out literally 1 minute after closing and they still had many customers in line. Absolutely unreal. Drove way out of my way to make a large deposit and was denied at the door. Paying off my loans and moving my money. Don’t bank here there are many other options
