My girlfriend's account was stolen from, over a hundred dollars taken out for a cell phone company she doesn't do any business with. Delta closed the account, started an investigation, and assured us that the account was completely closed off and no one could pull money from her other accounts. Not only has it been over a week and they still haven't returned the money, but it happened again! Literally what they said wouldn't happened ended up happening; someone pulled from her compromised account again, and overdraft protection took the money from another account! They have no security, no idea what they are talking about, and are super slow to return stolen money, if they'll return it at all.

Horrible and waste of time, never rely on this unserious folks because you'd have wished you went elsewhere in the first place. The only thing they won't ask of you is your health status and insurance. Rubbish!
