      Delta community credit union is one of the best banks I’ve had, they’re very attentive and any issues you have with your account or card they help you out with immediately whether it’s over the phone or in person. They’re always friendly nice have a great service sometimes they’re only issue is their drive-through takes forever but I can completely understand with how these past few years have gone. I’m so glad they open this new location here in Mcdonough Due to the fact that before I had to drive about 25 minutes to 30 minutes to get to the Stockbridge branch or the morrow branch and now it’s not far it’s convenient it’s right there in an area where there’s not always much traffic, I love how with your purchases using your debit card as credit you can get points and have rewards and I think really this is one of the best banks anybody could ever have without having all these crazy fees

      Really getting tired of the customer service. The manager at the Jonesboro site is GREAT! He has one or two misfits that’s needs to be expunged. I’m really getting tired of my account being capped on business expenditures. And this Saturday appointment thing is absolutely absurd. You still charge the same fees and still use our fiat money to make investments but give subpar customer support.

      DECU has gone downhill ever since they expanded and starting allowing anyone to join. Website hardly ever functions properly. When doing balance transfers online most of the time it says unavailable! It does not tell you that, only have you have gone through the steps to do the transaction. You would think they would have a little more courtesy and forethought to inform you that it is out of service before you go through the trouble of making the transfer. It is bad enough that it is out of service over half the time. One think I liked is I had a crook use my credit card and racked up 400 dollars worth of charges and within seconds of me telling it to the nice lady on the phone they reimbursed me without any questions at all. Maybe since I have been a member for 20 years that help them take care of it swiftly.
