Denise was the Loan Officer for the Buyer's Agent who placed an offer on my listing and Denise was amazing! When I first spoke to Denise she advised that she can close in 10 business days if needed and at first I thought that she was bluffing. Well the Seller needed to close sooner than what we had agreed to in the contract in order to be able to purchase their new home, and Denise was able to close the loan for a condo with an HOA in 8 business days - 2 days quicker than what she originally advised! This is an amazing turnaround time for a property with an HOA. Denise was very responsive and professional during the loan process and kept me updated during our short closing time frame! Amazing Loan Officer!
