      This review is for SANDRA GARCIA. She was the ONLY One that was nice to me. The call center was Nightmare so I decided to go into the branch the tellers all seem sad and not happy But Sandra. She helped me with every concern and process with creating my daughter's account. We laughed. She was very relatable and had alot of positive energy. Thank you SANDRA GARCIA.       I got charged a 33 dollar return fee over 2 dollars now iam late on my rent! There ridiculous definitely moving banks
