Okay let me just say that as a first time home owner, trying to figure out how to buy a home is exhausting! My wife and I spent more time worrying if we were gonna get hosed more than what kind of home we want to buy. Denver Mortgage Group made us feel comfortable from the beginning and they were soooo transparent on the process. Not to brag but after we closed we compared our loan to a friend of ours, and yeah.......needless to say we are very happy!

Very dishonest. Dan associates with dishonest realtors. Do not trust Dan! EDIT: Lying once again Dan. You partner with Jay Marcum who harasses our entire neighborhood with his garbage flyers. Many of my neighbors have told Jay multiple times to respect our no soliciting signs and not to trespass on our property yet he continues to market to us and your name is on his flyers. The marketing team you and Jay use to deliver your junk flyers none of us want have killed thousands of dollars of bushes and plants as the trashy company you use to deliver insists on walking through our landscaping. So yes, you associate with a dishonest realtor and if there is one, there are more. Have some integrity! Also, do you think we appreciate having random uninvited people on our property during a pandemic? Be a better person! I needed four mortgages last year, guess who I didn't call and would never call?! Guess who I told my business partners to never call? Guess who I told my friends to never call?
