  Deployed Capital worked with me on a cash out refinance and did a great job. They were extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them.

  Over-promised and under-delivered, do not trust a singleword out of their mouth. Buyers beware, do yourself a favor and steer away from Deployed Capital Group out of Tampa, they are nothing more than dead beat middle men. Michael and Matt are smooth talkers but they have zero professionalism, no accountability, poor communication and no integrity. Without notification, the lender Michael left the country for an entire week with no back-up, applied for the wrong loan, hiked my rate 2%, charged me 2 points, quit multiple times and never sent the underwriters conditions until the day before closing, leading to a delayed closing of over 2 weeks. They didn’t even have the decency to show up to closing after being paid 2 points to do nothing. The deal almost died twice, both times was completely their fault and negligence or lack of knowledge, but they always tried to blame me, claiming it was my income; albeit I was given pre-approval and the green light to make an offer. I had to work with the underwriter/investor, can you believe that? Their biggest concern was keeping my earnest money safe because they knew if it was lost, there would be a big claim coming their way, mf’r we wanted to close the deal and we did. Please stay away from these guys unless you want to be strung up and left to dry. Your new name should be delayed capital group, all around garbage service - virtually non-existent.
