  Derek is amazing. The home owning process can be a hassle but with his help I was able to get in to a house with no hiccups along the way. He is always available to answer questions and is straightforward with his responses. Helped me and my friend find out how much house we could realistically afford and did not try to presser us into a program that would not work for us. He found a down payment assistance program that also allowed us to have a Conventional loan which helped open us up to many more options on housing. The whole process was so smooth that we where able to close a week early. Closing was great, all the paperwork was ready and we were able to take possession that day. Thanks to Derek the whole process was quick and painless. If I could rate him higher I would.
