They have good customer service skills, which is one of the things, I noticed the most when doing business with an entity. They went above and beyond to assist me. I very much appreciate this.

      I should have chosen a different bank. Card activation was a terrible multi-day experience. If you need anything done properly, you have to visit them at the branch. Their policies are unusual and they don't function like other banks.
