I've been banking with Chase for years. When I went in there to open a business account there was nobody that can help me for 2 weeks. I decided to go to Desert Financial to open my account there. Everyone was so welcoming. I was able to get all my accounts opened there without a wait or appointment. Gabriel was so helpful and accommodating in opening my accounts and I closed my account at Chase. I'm so relieved to get away from the big banks that have nothing to offer except terrible customer service.

They charged me 3 NSF fees in one day and I never even went over the limit for the NSF charge lmao this credit union is a complete joke and a waste of time. Please everyone go somewhere else where your money and account is secure

Don’t buy no car for them very rude don’t go off your paystub turn off your car act like they try to get in contact with you but don’t and don’t know how to communicate I’ll recommend you guys try another car place
