Came in for a new debit card at this brach with it being the closest to me. They told me their machine was down and sent me across town to another branch, with a toddler in tow, to find out all the machines are down. With technology being where it is today, there is no excuse for this. Not only that, but after getting home and checking online, there were branches that are closer than the one they said was closest! Total incompetence.
