This employee helped us with a very serious issue, after we had reached out to two other people at Desert Financial who did not follow thru on this issue. She was wonderful and helped us get it solved. Giving the 5 stars to her, but not to Desert Financial. They have failed us several times in recent year,after being members for years. I went there tonight to make a cash deposit at their atm. Their atm ate the bills and did not credit my account, all I got was a slip saying there was an error. There is no number to call, nothing. All I have is a tiny slip of paper saying there was an error. If I have an overdraft because of this, I'm going to be livid. Not going to be able to sleep tonight, thanks for making a single parent's life that much harder.
