  Do not go here to sell gold, they offered me $400 below spot price for an ounce of gold, pawn big offered me $50 below spot price

  I'm sorry we could not meet your expectations but we try our best to offer a loan based on current gold prices. Gold prices constantly fluctuate and we adjust accordingly.

  These current reviews must be fake... I had an $1100+ Authentic Vintage Taylor acoustic guitar, That I wanted to pawn for some quick cash, Due to this awful pandemic we’re all going through. These guys offered me $100, at the time I believe it was a Sunday or a holiday and unfortunately they were the ONLY Pawnshop that was open at the time. Due to unforeseen events and even the worst circumstances about my life I was unable to get my guitar back out of hawk. Keep in mind I was just two days short of making my required purchase back deadline date, but they did not authorize this, instead, I lost my pride and joy, customer made; authentic American made Taylor guitar; which was heartbreaking... As I completed with them I could quickly till Thursday no sense in wasting my breath was speaking another word as the man on the other line just did not care. And they preach and say they are a company of the people here to help willing to help man special circumstances etc... Anyways, I don’t very much like leaving these negative reviews, there’s too much of it in this world and my beliefs are they just need to stop and it’s entirety unless it’s constructive criticism because that’s the only criticism that helps, and I think, well I’d like to think, that we as human beings and as adults, WE can make that judgment.. anyways, I’m not here to bash the company I would just like to see something done about this because I feel it’s not right and I know that you guys have some type of morals whether it’s deep down inside of you or just on the surface there’s got to be something there. I don’t know what you can do to make this right, and quite honestly I don’t believe that that’s my job to find that out. I’m in a perfect world I would just get my guitar back and pay the hundred dollars that we agreed on. What my purpose is behind this post is to hopefully give the prospective clients/customers and insight of what you would be dealing with rather than the fabricated truth of what is posted on, The astronomical unbelievable unintelligible monsterous unfulfilling detrimental transfornegativemational media & their co-hurts. (But that’s a much different story And all of its entirety

  We are sorry for your frustration but it's important to state accurate information. After reviewing this loan it was issued early last year in 2019 before COVID. Every loan amount is given in mutual agreement and we always give the option to extend the loan to prevent loosing any item. We have been opened during COVID and have worked with our customers for over 30 years in business.
