Destin pawn does not follow Florida statute for gun transfers. 934.02 (d) refused to transfer me my gun. Refused to accept they were wrong.

We follow the State of Florida requirements for guns we transfer. We charge a minimal transfer fee. We are not obligated to accept everyone’s transfer. It is our discretion to or not to accept transfers. There are times we are not comfortable with the gun or individual.
