      They have a policy with no sign up stating the policy and denying check from being cashed that are over 7 days knowing that people mail is taking longer then usual to arrive..the Indian lady in the back is making rules up and servicing who ever she pleases based on personal relationships with the customer and she is also denying customers with state issued checks assistance even if you are in the system. The lady who works for her is uneducated & clueless claiming she never even heard of a cash back rebate check in the year 2022. Absolute horror show how they are treating people with no sign of their polices displayed knowing people are struggling to get by….will report them to the BBB as well very soon

      DO NOT GO HERE, lady behind the counter is very rude and said they “didn’t have the company” of the bank my check was from even thought it’s a national and widely known bank. Do not waste your time coming here
