      friendly walkup window tellers esp Amita (excellent woman customer service manager at western main branch too) best customer service of any bank ive ever done business with. I have banked at devon for 15 years. this is a five branch community bank family owned for 75 years. the banking experience here is the opposite of a big chain bank - in other words superb! the one star comments here are almost certainly manufactured by competitors.

      Terrible experience with this bank. You think that you’d be working with someone you can trust as a muslim but they just backed out THREE DAYS before the closing date and for a very unheard of reason they could have told us at least a week before so we could find another lender. We lost $3000 and the chance of finally purchasing our dream home. Extremely disappointed!! if you’re reading this STAY AWAY

      I don’t recommend this bank Amita she’s very rude and not helping a customer just she try to make any simple things ver hard I was approved to open checking acount and she refused to open it for me with no reason she needs approved of address my first time I saw bank need approved of address my address is the same on my I’d but she still refused to open the acount be away from this bank is really bad not deserve even zero star not one
