So we had a wonderful experience here. This is our first home and Lucy was very nice and explained everything. It also didn't seem like we were there that long. The process was long but her nature was very enjoyable and made things fly by. Also I forgot my purse. The problem with this was because they were closing awhile after we got there to sign everything. We drove almost to nottawa before realizing my purse was gone and Lucy stayed and waited in her car for us to return to get my purse. I just couldn't believe her kindness and was so appreciative that she was so wonderful. That is some customer satisfaction dedication. Thank-you!!!!
