      Excellent service & rates. After 2 years at this bank I can say this with experience. They have called me more than once when they flagged a transaction as suspicious or out of the ordinary for my general spending patterns to protect against fraud.       I called them ask if they was now taking change back . . They said that they are. But when I got there the women in lobby acted mad that she hadto put her book down shewasreadinv to tell me they had no one there to do it what a waste of my time.
