      I've been a customer at DFCU since 1984 and I don't think they've ever made a mistake in my account. The employees are always friendly always and helpful..

      Will 100% be leaving and never recommend. Will actively tell people to not go here. They have an "address fee" where conveniently my address was changed without my knowing by one letter although I never entered it in. The employee used my license when I came in to set it up. And they dinged me for months with no notification while I had been on orders with the army. (This is also my second bank that I send savings to so I don't regularly look at the detailed breakdowns) and they said it's on ME to check my statements because my address is on there. Except my statement on the app doesn't have my address! Oh and this didn't begin until a year after I started with them. Odd. Just one big scam for money.
