It's weird, I got an over draft fee from something that occured 2 months prior, I called and asked why'd I get charged when there is more than enough sufficient funds and that's when they braught up charges from 2 months ago, I've always had no problem and if you think I'm rating it 1 star because of that......ur entirely wrong just upset that the staff I've spoken to seem shady.

They tried to tell my husband that his account has been overdrawn with a negative balance for 41 days. That’s not true. When contacted, they said that the charge that made it “negative” was a charge that I have proof went through MY BANK ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BANK. They also said there were a few other “charges” that I have proof went through my account. They refuse to acknowledge this proof, and refuse to refund the charges. They also locked him out of his account so he has no way of seeing his transaction history. They refuse to acknowledge they messed up and are requesting that HE pay the money back and that if he doesn’t, they will report it to a credit bureau to bring down his credit. I WILL BE CONTACTING A MANAGER ABOUT THIS MATTER. Stay away from them at all costs.
