      I contacted this firm to help with filing my small business taxes. Based on previous reviews I was expecting exemplary service. I reached out to them in April before the filing deadline and was told they could help with my taxes and to gather my records to prepare for the return. I did so, and filed an extension to give myself more time. Then reached out in early October to schedule filing the return with DHA. I submitted my documents and later received a callous email that they couldn’t help me and asked for me to pick up my documents. No reason was given and I was disappointed they didn’t have the decency to at least call me with what impacted their decision. I am extremely disheartened and will be going to a national tax service organization to prepare my taxes. I would have rather supported a local business, but because of poor client service and lack of communication that won't happen. I don't recommend using DHA CPAs.
