      If only zero stars was an option. We had the absolute worst experience at closing with this company. And now a year later our bad luck returns. Come to find out they messed up our mortgage payments and we now owe thousands in back escrow. DO NOT USE THEM - you will literally pay for it later.

      If I could rate zero stars I would. We sold our house and the buyers decided to go with DHI as their lender. Not only did DHI not get the lending documents in time for our scheduled close, they didn't even know what documents they needed to provide! Now, 4 days after the sale of our house we still don't have the proceeds or the payoff from DHI. Home buying and selling are some of the most stressful experiences, but they are compounded by incompetence and laziness one hundred fold by DHI. Do yourself and everyone you love a favor and steer clear of this company!
