      The children who have changing checks are useless, it seems that they are mute. They don't know anything about customer service, minimum "how are you how can I help" but they don't even know that!

      Asked for a med fade with a scissor and texture trim. It was very obviously guy didn’t know how to cut my hair he asked what I meant by texture trim and I explained it to him and I added if he wanted me to let somebody else cut my hair because I could tell he wasn’t comfortable. He said he got this he’s been cutting hair since he was 12 and to trust him I ended up with a high fade and he just cut the ends of my hair. He also cut my forehead and ear with the switch blade. He was really unfocused and all he kept talking about was he was talking to some girl and then he would find an excuse to just BS with the fellow coworkers as I’m sitting in his chair waiting for him to finish. I came here because a lot of people recommended this place But I don’t think I will be coming back as the host recommended dude and when I told her I wasn’t happy and that he cut me she didn’t seem to care. Do not sit at a booth 13 if you do come
