John was wonderful- this is the second mortgage he’s helped us with and he has also done a refinance. He’s so personal and helpful. He walked us through the process beginning and end, helped us lock in the best rate, and was there and responsive to any questions we had. It’s obvious he cares about his clients as people, not just as another number. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! I can't say enough about the experience I had working with this company. From the application process to the appraisal to my closing, all was quick and seamless. Literally, my application came to DHL in the "11th hour," but Jeff Brunner (managing partner) assured me I would still meet the date of my closing. Sure enough, Jeff and his team worked diligently to keep that promise. My closing took place as scheduled in SC and to my shock and surprise JEFF was there to personally congratulate me on my new home! The level of attention and professionalism is beyond any mortgage company I have worked with in the past. I would confidently recommend DHL to ANYBODY searching for a mortgage company! It was the best experience I have had to date and I will continue using them in the future!
