  You have to have an account to give them cash for a roll of coins. And you have to give them your account information to do a all cash transaction to buy the roll of coins.

  Hi Jake, We apologize for the inconvenience, but our policy only allows us to process change orders for customers. We do this because if we were to short/over someone during the transaction, we would have no way to contact the person. We require account information for the buy/sell coin transactions to protect the customer and the Bank in case there are any errors during the transaction process.

  I have always had a pleasant experience with the Tellers at Diamond Bank and most of the staff. I will not be using Diamond Bank ever again after dealing with Loan Officer named Cheri Wingo. Absolutely rude and a huge detriment to your company and any of your customers.
