They both always answer all my questions with all the detail I need and have given me very good advice. They do an amazing job and their service extremely professional!       RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Also, my wife and I were told by our tax preparer Jolene that we could meet with her when we picked up our taxes. My wife called and asked to set up a time to meet with Jolene to go over some questions about our tax return. I was told that I would have to write down my questions and she would get back to me when she had time. I was told she was too busy to meet with us. Really poor customer service. We will not be going back.
