      I had Jason G as the representative at Dcu in Burlington he was very informative polite made me feel welcome and a variable customer. Helped me and my issue was resolved.Walked in with a problem and left with a šŸ˜ƒ šŸ˜Š šŸ˜€

      The associates/employees need training and more training. I think the company's employee turnover rate is so high that most associates are new at the job. So their performance is lackluster. My credit score went down because one employee did not do their job right. I have been with DCU for several years and the only reason I'm still with them is because of the multiple loans I have with DCU. Once I pay them off or transfer them elsewhere I'll will run out of DCU like there's a fire....Train and retain your employees.
