      I was told by Jon Drake that I was preapproved for both FHA and Conventional and I spend close to 2 months driving around looking at houses wasting the time and gas of me, my other half and my realtor, to finally get on contract for a house to then be told by this company that - oh yeah we can't get you financed, even though they sent out about 20 pre approval letters with my offers. Then to add insult to injury sent me a denial letter with the reasoning that the customer cancelled. Jon Drake also trash talked to me about my realtor not knowing what he is doing. Such bad business that both me and my realtor will never use this company again ever in life.

      Im a vet and they let me down and i went through two homes but wasnt able to close on either and its sad to take advantage of a disabled vet.
