      The exchange rate is outrageously high compared to actual value when it comes time to buy bitcoin from this ATM. This ATM will not give you a receipt for your transactions. Their exchange rate is 12% which is very high. To top it off, they lie about what the actual exchange rate is and mark it up another 10%, so you are paying close to 22 cents per dollar that you put in to the ATM. What's worse is they don't bother to pick up the phone when you call, but text you back because they feel safer doing it that way instead of answering your phone call when you want to ask why the price is so high. I thought doing business with digitalmint is smarter because they have a physical machine. I would recommend an online seller who has a lower exchange rate since digitalmint ATM doesn't even answer your phone calls and only cares about stealing your money.

There is something from your review that we need to address as it is false and could mislead others. We do not charge 22% (or as you put it, 22 cents on the dollar.) That has never been the case, and we do not intend to go above our current rates at this time.
