  Had a great experience going through the loan approval process and everything leading up to close of escrow. Played phone tag a couple times due to work, but not a big deal. They secured me a great rate, and were able to quickly resolve any issues in the process as they popped up. The only major bummer was that some kind of technology problem with the escrow company caused us to close a day after close of escrow was scheduled. From my perspective, the issue could have been resolved with better communication and more persistence. It may have not been that simple, but that's what I gathered from my brief conversations with the loan officer and escrow company. The officer's explanations didn't line up with the escrow company's, either. Not really sure what happened there. Had we needed to move on that same day, we would have been in a very rough spot. Luckily did not need to move on that day, but still lost a day of productivity due to taking that day off of work for no reason. All-in-all, a good experience with astute professionals.

  Jenna did a phenomenal job!! We had a few hiccups with all the new COVID-19 guidelines, but we jumped through the hoops and got it done! I have been using Jenna now for about 10 years for all my mortgage needs. She is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I will continue to use Jenna for any mortgage related items and will definitely send referrals her way. Again, I can't give her enough kudos!!
