  Dilal is a lender you can trust and rely on as a first-time home buyer. We contacted Dilal at a very stressful moment in our loan application process. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know much about the loan approval process. We had started and were actually in the middle of our mortgage approval process with another lender but we lost all trust in the loan officer after delayed closing, lack of updates on the status of our application, not answering most of our questions and generally a lack of seriousness to help us close on the property. That was when we started to look for another lender and thankfully we found Dilal. We sent him a message describing our current situation and within a short period of time, we got a reply from him giving us directions on the steps we should take so he can determine whether he could be of help. We followed his directions and the rest is history. Dilal and his team were highly responsive to all of our emails and phone calls, guiding us through every single step of the loan process, and went above and beyond working tirelessly to prepare all our documents and answered all the questions that we had. Despite the very short time frame we had due to the earlier delays caused by the previous lender, Dilal and his team worked diligently to get our loan to completion. We will be recommending Dilal and his amazing team to all of our friends and family for their loan needs and we urge you to choose them as your lender as well if you are looking for a a trusted lender and a smooth closing. It seemed impossible to close and to close on time before we found Dilal and his team. They turned the impossible into possible for us and they will take great care of you if you choose them as your lender.

  Dilal is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend using him if you are looking to purchase a home. Myself being a first time home buyer he made the process of getting a home easy and stress free (I MEAN IT!). I have contacted multiple loan officers before using Dilal and he was the most communicative and helpful. After one phone call with him my wife and I knew he was our man. If you are worried about the loan process don’t worry Dilal will walk you through every step and answer any and I mean ANY questions you have. He is very proactive and always finds solutions to your needs. Throughout the process of purchasing my home Dilal and I spoke multiple times a day to assure everything is going well. His constant communication always kept us up to date on what’s going on. This was truly helpful as we didn’t need to worry about anything. I again highly recommend his services over any other loan officer, trust me you will be super happy and won’t regret it.

  It was a wonderful experience working with and his team. As a first time buyer I had a ton of questions and Mr. Dilal made sure everything was answered.
