Sapna is absolutely horrible as a customer service rep., no regular update on my case, and doesn't return emails. Even after I spoke to her on the phone, and she said that she will look into my case, I waited 1 week, and she never called back. She is not doing everything a customer suppose to do, if you have her servicing you, run the other way. Ashley was great. She cleaned up after the mess Sapna left, and got my case resolved the next day.
