      I stopped by the Riverhead branch (drive thru) and the African American woman working at the drive thru is beyond unprofessional. She did not say a single word while completing the transaction and this isn't my first time at this location. Whatever, happened to hello, have a nice day? Nothing! I'm not sure who or where the employees come from but BNB did themselves a huge disservice merging with this bank. The customer service is atrocious. I have been a customer of BNB's as well as a stockholder for over 25 years and I've never experienced such a rude, unprofessional person. It is safe to say I will be removing my funds and going elsewhere. I do not find the lack of professionalism and class appropriate nor should it be acceptable. Dime you can and should do better. Good Riddance.
