  I visited lately a few more times and its pretty good right now! *This is my old review from 6 months ago* terrible waiting time i waited more then an hour for costumer service, i got a parking ticket too when my meter ran out because the one hour limit. when i came in was only one slow working person in charge and 1 person in front of me in the waiting line and i waited more then a hour for a 1 minute visit. when i left was 6 people behind me imagine how long they waited... it is a good branch until you have to step in to the branch in person if your time is valuable look for an alternative.

  Since they’ve moved from Havemeyer Street to Broadway their customer service is horrible wait, even waiting on line is horrible. ATM machine IS definitely NOT secure don’t want to mention on here but BEWARE of the scams that go through their ATM machine at this location. I can’t speak for other locations. Their services were much better in my opinion at Havemeyer. Their suppose upgrade in services Vision Plus and suppose bank experience is by far horrible. With all these stupid changes they’ve done and it’s NOT to better the experience because it’s terrible. Their Dime App was better, their Old location was better, the lines inside were better, the parking was better. Overall, everything used to be better-Period. Why fix something that was never broken!?!
