  Joe DiRaffaele and his team are the epitome of the consummate professionals. From the moment we called Joe to sell our home, he went right into high gear. He was spot on with his recommendations for staging our home. The entire DG team were very helpful and available for questions. The home sold within a few days for far above our asking price. It was clear that the open houses were well staffed and attended. Joe and his team stayed with us all the way through closing, and in fact he has gone way above and beyond in helping us with a few loose ends. Joe is not only a professional, and very knowledgeable - he is just a really nice guy! We highly recommend Joe and the DG Real Estate Team; and would definitely use them again.

  Joe assisted us with the sale of home in Las Vegas after the passing of of my best friend's dad. Joe was fabulous. He was a tremendous asset in helping us with not only the sale of the home (at a price higher than asking price) but provided us with the names and contact information of persons for virtually every need we had in handling the estate in Las Vegas from our home in Kentucky--names of pool cleaning company; estate sale company; handyman for door repairs; home cleaning service; attorney for the estate--to name a few. Joe was amazing and provided exceptional service above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. He was an amazing "can do" professional who made the liquidating of an estate from a distance effortless. Highly recommend Joe and his team.
