He walked me through the entire process and made it so simple, even this knuckle dragging Marine could understand. When my wife and I found our dream home, we submitted a decently strong offer but what really got the deal done was Brandon calling the listing agent and letting him know we were strong clients and the loan would be funded quickly. I have not used anyone else for my loans. I purchased my first house with the Direct Mortgage team. I sold that home and purchased my second home and financed again with DM. Then, later, I refinanced my second home with them. I worked with Brandon for the first and second home purchases. Then worked with Jesse on the refinance. Awesome team. Reliable, they communicate and are easily reached by phone or e-mail. Justm way to go guys. Oh, and thanks for the gift basket again!!! We loved it!
