      I've been banking with Directions since I was 14, specifically at this location. Karen and Miranda have always treated me like family. I don't even live in Toledo anymore, yet I choose to keep my primary account with them because I love this location. Highly recommend!

      this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here
