      Don’t bother with this unprofessional, so-called, financial institution . Applied for a small home equity loan on our home that has plent of equity. We have excellent credit and high credit scores, yet this place didn’t even have the professionalism to contact us back after several attempts we made to talk to someone. This is not right, especially after dinging our credit and then just leaving us with no explanation of why they aren’t proceeding!
