  Always been great for me, never an issue. Been banking here since I started working (12 years ago now) and have multiple other accounts (both checking and savings) with other banks and can't see any reason not to continue my main account with Directions.

  Ever since they upgraded their mobile app I've had issues. Any time I deposit money it's never available right away. I have things on hold or pending for way too long. Customer service (not at this location) when I call is awful. They are rude immediately and when I have an issue even if they can't fix it they find no way to make it better. I had put in a check and it was in pending and they deleted it randomly. But when I have bills in pending they can't delete it ? They want me to pay the overdraft fee. Changing banks immediately

  Why do I always have to wait for my direct deposit? Direct deposit to my US Bank account is available for me at 12:01 am - but Directions I have to wait until 9, sometimes 930, sometimes its not available until after 10 am. Sometimes, I look online or on the app and it doesn't show my available balance - so I call in and they tell me its in there, but the app and online says differently - how am I supposed to know? Do I really have to call the bank every Friday just to confirm my balance? Ridiculous - think Im going to have to just have all my direct deposits go to US Bank and be done with this Mickey Mouse credit union.
