      This is the worse bank ever. They’ll race against just for your color. This particular branch. I had a shared banking with my mom and they did not let me get my money. The bald headed lady at this branch is rude and disrespectful. She told me they stole from them before and that’s why she’s not giving me my money. I feel accused because what’s my business if someone stole from you? I got my money at another branch on S.Reynolds rd. Be careful of the bald headed lady with glasses. She wouldn’t even let other staffs talk to you to analyze the problem. This the worst bank ever. They don’t even greet when you come in. Just this particular branch in downtown Toledo. I won’t be banking with this bank again. I and my mom has been using shared banking for over 10 years. We’ve had this account since I was a child.

      My first interaction with this location was during the start of the stay at home order and was told that I couldn't visit that location because of covid, but that branch was the closest to my home. So that made no sense. The interactions have gotten better.
