      Be ok if the lady at the drive thru could follow directions. Now my debit card is all messed up due to her not following my request.

      I will be closing my checking and savings account. Applied for a payday loan, paid extra for it to be deposited within 24 hours, they didnt release my funds until 5 days later. The whole reason of getting a loan is because you need money immediately, not 5 days later. Worst bank ever. It is the responsibilities of the bank, my money was deposited the next day, I called the bank, and was told my money was there it just had not been released. Again the whole point of the payday loan is to have money available right then. I was told by a bank employee that this is not the case, that there is no guarantee that my funds will be available the day I need them.
