I recently recently moved to the greater Seattle area from out of state. I purchased my home at the peak of the housing market in 2nd quarter 2022. After months of trying to get the promised rewards program to work due to poor website management I've almost given up. That, mixed with multiple issuances of VA paperwork that didn't apply to me, I am starting to wish I would have gone with someone else.

Brett & team had amazing reviews but our experience was not that. There were several oversights that caused financial loss for us. Some were not explained clearly to me in the beginning but were told as a possibility. The final straw was an oversight at the last minute of a, "conflict of interest" with the bank that we choose to fund our loan, causing us to have to find a new lender and restart the loan process at higher interest rates as we sit on a very large loan with very high daily interest rates. A loan that was only supposed to be there for a couple days turned into 30+. I can't recommend Directors Mortgage to others, although the team appeared to fight hard to get the loan my wife & I were expecting. However, the results were a zero and we felt over promised with a drastic under deliver.
