      If your posted Saturday hours are 9 to 5, then I shouldn't walk up at 4:50 to a locked door. I am a regular customer for over a year and refer countless people to you. Open til 5 doesn't always mean you get to be in your car at 5:01 and if you are grown enough to have the job, you should be grown enough to understand that. And please, don't flatter yourself and ever go on about caring about your customers. If you did, they wouldn't have an experience like I just did. What a disappointment.
