I have been calling for 3 days waiting for 3+ hours to speak with a representative. They closed my account with no explanation soon as they received my first deposit. Absolutely horrible customer service. Still has not received help or my money back. Called at 1 am they said I have to call a 8 when it opens even though they advertise 24 hour service. I called at 8 like they say and they had me on hold for 4 hours again. Never been with a bank I hate this much don't waste your time banking with them.

I'm currently 50+ minutes into a hold that might never end. This is the second long hold I've had to endure today because they did not correct the mistake the first time around. 1/10 do not recommend.
