  It was my first credit card. The person who followed up with my account was the best experience in customer service I have had to this day. They were extremely knowledgeable, and very respectful. Regardless of my background, age, and my knowledge gaps. This led to later in life attend a call from a recruiter from their firm. I answered the call in the middle of a vacation. Throughout my stance in the CLBO Acquisitions department I had the fortune to develop to be an Elite leader. I loved every bit of their culture and essence.
